We know our customer base
If your phone is "Lost or Stolen" either in the UK or abroad, we will immediately start the process of a replacement handset. This includes obtaining the necessary crime reference number from the police. In most cases your replacement handsets will be waiting for you on your return.

Byron J.Gambold
Byron is the managing director of the company, and has 17yrs experience in the industry. During his period at the helm, he has advised many corporate companies on communication savings, resulting in average savings of 21% across the broad spectrum of accounts he currently services. Byron's background in accountancy helps him to seek out cost savings and solutions for the larger corporate market. He has also steered the company to obtain preferred stockist status with some of the networks, whilst negotiating bespoke tariffs with others.
Dave R. John
Dave joined the company some 12yrs ago, and loves the retail side of the business. Dave usually spends his day assisting the small business or consumer customers in their quest for the best package that suits them, often resulting in line rental reductions etc. He is happy in doing whatever the consumer requires of him, and is painstakingly aware that the customer is what keeps us in business. Dave has gained many certificates of excellence with most networks in his career, which he puts to good use for the benefit of our customer.
John W. Beynon
John joined the company around 10yrs ago, and carries out various roles within the business. Although his primary tasks are to maintain and manage the medium sized business, John also has a wealth of experience in the unlocking & repairing of handsets, something that was borne out of necessity for our customers. John recently undertook a course with car kit manufacturers "Parrott" to enable us to become only one of two companies within South Wales to become registered Parrott car kit installers. John is also well versed in the installation of a wide range of in car communications.
