The Phone Box - What We Do.

  • We have friendly staff who care about what you the customer wants and needs. We will refuse to sell you something that does not suit you or suit your needs.
  • When you run into trouble with your phone for whatever reason, we will be here for you, and help you through the process.
  • We will analyze your monthly invoices for you, every month if need be. You will always have the opportunity to take advantage of the many savings available from time to time.
  • If you require an "out of hours" service, we can accommodate you. You will have access to a unique telephone number that someone from our business will answer 24hrs a day, 365 days a year.
  • You have no need to make the journey to our premises unless you want to. We will always come to you, usually within 20 minutes, although this could vary at certain times.
  • We will always call at your premises every month to check if everything is running smoothly. I will only stop doing this if asked too.
  • If your phone is "Lost or Stolen" whether it's in the UK or abroad, we will obtain the correct information, and immediately start the process of a replacement handset. This includes obtaining the necessary crime reference number from The Police. When you arrive back in work, your new handset should be waiting for you.
