We are a family owned, independent phone specialist operating within the Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot area, trading since February 1994. Our retail premises are located at 129 New Road, Skewen, only 2 minutes from Junction 44 of the M4, where our team of professionally trained staff will be happy to help you. We can also arrange on site visits by appointment to discuss your business communication requirements.  Help & Support

24 Hour Support - If you require an "out of hours" service, we can accommodate you. You will have access to a unique telephone number that we will answer 24hrs a day, 365 days a year, and if you grant us third party access, we will manage your account with the network, leaving you free to deal with your clients.

 Analysis

Account Analysis - We will analyze your monthly invoices for you, every month. You will always have the opportunity to take advantage of the many savings available.
Bill Analysis - We will monitor the ongoing usage of all employees and produce bi-monthly reports to identify high users.

 Replacement Handsets

If your phone is "Lost or Stolen" either in the UK or abroad, we will immediately start the process of a replacement handset. This includes obtaining the necessary crime reference number from the police. In most cases your replacement handsets will be waiting for you on your return.
