24 Hour Support - If you require an "out of hours" service, we can accommodate you. You will have access to a unique telephone number that we will answer 24hrs a day, 365 days a year, and if you grant us third party access, we will manage your account with the network, leaving you free to deal with your clients.
Analysis
Account Analysis - We will analyze your monthly invoices for you, every month. You will always have the opportunity to take advantage of the many savings available.
Bill Analysis - We will monitor the ongoing usage of all employees and produce bi-monthly reports to identify high users.
Replacement Handsets
If your phone is "Lost or Stolen" either in the UK or abroad, we will immediately start the process of a replacement handset. This includes obtaining the necessary crime reference number from the police. In most cases your replacement handsets will be waiting for you on your return.
